    Gluten-versary

TweetHappy gluten-versary to me!! It’s been a year since I last had a bite of gluten. If you do not know my reason as to why I went gluten free read it here A Gluten Free Diet. How do I feel now? Well I’m glad you asked. I feel great it has actually taken about a year for everything to acclimate. When I first changed, I saw immediate results in my digestion issues. I had every issue in the book believe me. I had Gluten ataxia, what is gluten ataxia? It took a little longer with the neurological issues. After about three months I swore it was getting better. I could…

    Glitter Fabulous

TweetHey so by now most people who have read my blog, saw that I really am into all things cruelty-toxic free. Everything I use is cruelty-toxic free, I love it.  My hair color on the other hand the smell kills me, it smells so chemically. So I after years with fighting the battle, I transitioned to have glitter fabulous hair. I like to say glitter because gray sounds old and dull, and I’m not old and dull. Deciding to have glitter highlights aka natural highlights has been an on going idea of mine. Finally I decided to take it to the next level and be fabulous. I wrote a post awhile ago…

He stayed that way for awhile until we had a life changing experience, a beautiful experience. We hiked a segment of the Appalachian Trail and it was awesome but also an eye opener for him. From that moment on it was run full speed to…

Tweet Has anyone ever heard of Spinocerebellar ataxia? This disease is an inherited disease that damages parts of the brain and it progresses over time. My mom had it and her mom and so on. Once I hit 35 I started noticing little changes in my coordination and speech though. Now I want to share with you why I went on a gluten free…

    I Review Failing

Tweet “It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed.” ― Theodore Roosevelt Failure let’s face it we all face it at one point in our life. But it’s the choice we make after is what sets us apart. Yeah we can just give up it is so much easier. You still have obstacles but why fight it fighting just tires you out. Easy Ways to Transition to Vegan

TweetI have been vegan for almost two years; I could never imagine myself ever going back. Being vegan is different from being vegetarian.
